We use Swiss Post to ship our goods. We choose
the fastest possible shipping method so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.

How quickly will your order be shipped?
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the Delivery by us within seven (7) days. The start of the period for delivery is
in the case of advance payment, the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank, or in the case of cash on delivery payment or purchase on account, the day
after conclusion of the contract. The period ends on the following seventh (7th) day.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the period ends on
next working day.

How long does it take to ship?
The time it takes to ship after we hand your package over to the post office
varies by destination country. Delivery time within Europe is between
two (2) to six (6) business days (Monday to Friday). The transport time to
countries outside of Europe can take up to fourteen (14) working days.

Who bears the customs costs?
Customs costs may be incurred, which you as the buyer may incur have to bear.

Do you have to reckon with additional costs if you order to a country outside of
Switzerland?

If our goods are delivered via the Swiss border, you may incur costs that we cannot influence, such as value added tax

guarantee claim according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 21 Para. 1 OR). By purchasing a watch from Leroux Blanc, you receive a two-year warranty right from the time the goods are handed over to the buyer (Art. 210 Para. 1 OR). The quality of the goods must be checked for defects after receipt (Art. 201 Para. 1 OR). If the purchased goods do not work properly from the start, you must tell us immediately. Whether the defect comes to light immediately or only later is irrelevant (compare Art. 201 Para. 3 OR). It is important
, however, that the defect is reported to us immediately after its discovery, otherwise the item with your defect is considered approved (Art. 201 OR).
